This was a disaster!!! I'm telling you now, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! The phrase third times a charm does NOT pertain to this horrible experience I have had!!! We did research even went to see his workShould have known when one homeowner said they had to come back a few times to get it right
Here's my list
Attempt # They grinded down the concrete told me it would look amazing, we have wonderful condition concrete During the grinding they cracked my brand new cabinetry including a pillar and my new desk!! Splattered stain on multiple surfaces of the new cabinets!!! Then when they said the color was done there were swirls from the 20+ year old carpet glue that didn't take to the stain!!! He claimed it was concrete imperfectionsAfter sending photos *** agreed to fix it
Attempt #They came in and laid a thinset coat over the floorThen laid down new colorThe color was acceptable (later saw stain drips and roller marks) until they put the sealer and th
