OC Kitchen Bath and Flooring

Company promised a credit of $several times but never issued
Company was engaged to remodel bathrooms & promised to reimburse 50% of the cost of a new shower doorAlso promised a $credit re many project delays...all detailed in emails from *** ***, Manager at their location in Tustin, CA.XXXXX Newport Ave., Tustin CA XXXXXEmails were sent from *** on 5/10/16, 5/19/& 5/31/that his accounting department would look after itHe even called us at home on 5/31/to verify sameAs of today 7/6/16, no credit & no responses from him
Project delays were from sub-contractors not showing up or showing up & left to get materials & never returnedThree different plumbers were involved & the shower is still not perfectAll subcontractors complained to us that *** was not paying them
Had to hire a handyman to finish & correct the projectCurrent reviews on line re this company are horrificThey need to be spanked with a worst possible Revdex.com rating
