I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my
complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This refers to my complaint listed as complaint#*** The email from Revdex.com stated that Robert, the owner of OC Luxury Home Theater, claimed he called me and offered to "fix" the problem ASAP and that I never called back. This is not true. He has never called, much less, offered to "fix" the problem. I have called *** approximately times in the past, after he did the work last July 29. He never returned a call. I have spoken with him only times, when he picked up the call. Each time, he said the same thing he told Revdex.com, that he will come over the following day and "fix" the problem. He has never honored his word. I have since resigned to the fact that I was scammed. I have hired another contractor. I made sure he was licensed this timeI hope this experience will forewarn other consumers the dangers in dealing with Robert, owner of OC Luxury Home Theater. Sincerely, *** ***
