Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I dropped of my motorcycles and a lot of parts off to OC motorcycle shop to have them worked on and the owner stole three of my bikes and thousands of dollars worth of parts and sold them to a friend who admitted to receiving them [redacted] the owner also admitted to me in text of the situation and agreed to pay me back $a month til it was paid back in full to which hes paid less then half and stopped payments alsohe has dragged this on for a very long time and its caused so many problems in my life with regards to being scared to ever go to a mechanic again and not having transportation to and from work because my motorcycles were my only source on transportation at the time.I would like a full refund plus interest for the three motorcycles and all the parts that [redacted] was suppose to work on but ended up taking and selling them to a friend for personal gainalso compensation for the time, and emotional and physical toll this has taken on me Regards, [redacted] ***

I Have Contacted the customer on these issues and will be working with him on repaying him for the stolen bikes and parts

the owner of the shop has failed to pay me back after trying to resolve a disputehe stole $worth of my stuff while it was at his shop and also lagged on completing any workafter numerous attempts to resolve the issue he has kept putting it off and giving me excuses

bike were lean sales due to no payment upon which we had agreed upon, tried to contact customer by txt and call, but phone had been disconnected I was not provided with a new phone number at that time, have all the lean sale papers, and the customer was not the resisted owner of the bike, that is why he was not notified of this actionI began to pay him money as I was being extorted for the money, saying that if I did not pay him that he would spread and post negative reviews on social media

Review: I left my motorcycle at this shop for repair for over a month and then was told that the shop was vandalized and several motorcycles were stolen. They did not have insurance to cover the loss.Desired Settlement: I want the replacement cost of the stolen motorcycle.
