I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] is lying again...  He told me they used to honor these gift cards after they took over the business.  So that would mean not assets only.  And, gift cards do not expire in California, I was never given any notice of a change in business and possible expiration, and [redacted] admitted to honoring them at one time, so his business negotiations must have already considered the outstanding gift cards as a company liability.  Therefore, I do not accept [redacted]'s response because he is not telling the truth to you, and this is unfair to not honor this gift card.
