consultation and we did tell him he would not becharged for the 100.00 consultation fee. He was not charged for the consultation. While he was here weinformed him that the doctor would need a panoramic x-ray in order for the doctor to make a diagnosisfor his treatment and that the x-ray would cost 127.00. A panoramic x-ray is needed for a third molarconsultation because the doctor needs to see the nerves and the roots of the teeth. He agreed and hadthe x-ray done. We did ask his dentist for an x-ray but she doesn't take the kind of x-ray we needed. Review: Business was dishonest about service and pricing. I called to get a quote on a wisdom tooth removal. They told me to come in for a free consultation. I asked if they would like me to bring in my x-rays and they said "no necessary". Once I went into the office, I filled out all appropriate paperwork and saw the Doctor. Before he would see me they shuffled me into a machine that appeared to be a tiny CT Scan. The doctor came in and was quick to start pushing his agenda (getting knocked out over just a local anesthetic). The quote he gave me was 3 times what I was told by others, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. 3 weeks later I receive a bill for $127 for x-rays that I did not need or agree to. This is a very dishonest business practice.Desired Settlement: Refund the money they dishonestly billed me for.
