Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We were never made aware that the equipment would no longer be covered under any available manufacturer warrantyWe were aware of the 30-day return policy from the store and did attempt to monitor the performance closely during that periodUnfortunately for us it did appear to be working acceptably during that brief periodHowever, shortly after that period, it was no longer working properly and we attempted to contact the manufacturer for remedy and/or serviceThe manufacturing company of the beverage cooling unit, VinoTemp, ultimately advised us their records showed the product sold to a [redacted] customer in It therefore appears that after years of consumer usage it was returned to [redacted] and then likely obtained by OC Outlet for subsequent resaleThat type of usage history situation was never disclosed that this was a likely highly used product returned after being deemed defective There is a vast difference between an overstock or "returned" item versus a potentially highly"used" item being resold and we feel that was not disclosed or expressed clearly at all before making our purchase This product should never have been sold without disclosure of the age, condition of the product and explicit lack of warranty coverageI have been deceived by this company and would never had considered purchasing a used and defective productI am requesting that OC Outlet refund my purchase price of $ Sincerely, [redacted] ***
