Review: Three of us rented an RV and blew a tire within 40 minutes. We spent hours stranded on the side of the highway and an overall 6 hours dealing with the matter only to be told by a highway patrol officer and the owner of the tire company that 3 other tires were worn beyond safety standards. This resulted with us paying out of pocket $900 for new tires. In the midst of this we also recognized that the vehicle registration was from NOV 2014 and there was no evidence or proof that there was any current registration which was mandatory for us to enter the event we were attending. In response to this complaint my friend was told at one point to 'use your mother's intuition and don't get pulled over.' We contacted the company as soon as the tire blew and con't to do so for the remainder of the day. There was little communication on their part and after one or two calls and a few texts the people we were speaking with disappeared completely and we have not heard from them since the day of the incident. We have called, written emails, left messages, sent texts yet we have not rcv'd one response. Also to be noted was that the interior of the RV was horrible. The bed was very dirty and was nothing but springs and not worthy of any sitting or laying upon. The seats and carpet were also dirty, the table falling apart, and the microwave broken, something we were promised and needed as much of our food was dependent on this. Overall this cost three of us a days loss of travel and missing the first day of the event we were attending, a costly event too, on top of this one of us flew in from London to attend the event and incurred extra hotel costs. We had to return home and rent a new RV from a legitimate company at double the cost. The sheer lack of concern for human safety on this companies behalf is appalling and their business practices far worse. STAY AWAY!!!Desired Settlement: We are seeking a full refund plus restitution for monies lost on event, travel and accommodation, time lost, a new rental, and new tires, as well as for the personal stress that was put upon us.

Review: I rented a travel trailer from [redacted] (owner)on 7/9/15 to 7/12/15. I needed to return the trailer on Sunday (7/12/15. Even though they are closed on Sunday He agreed to meet me on Sunday for the return. He said He would have to write up the contract to return on Monday but he would make an adjustment to the charge when I paid the Balance on day of pick-up (7/9/15). He also said I needed break kit installed. When I picked up the trailer I did not need the break kit to be installed (my truck had a Tow Mode). They said they made the adjustment for the extra day. They charged my card on 7/3/15 and did not make the adjustment for the extra day and charged me for the break kit that was never installed. The trailer was inside was horrible.Desired Settlement: I want a credit to my credit account for $189.00 plus interest.

Review: We rented the RV during the memorial weekend from 5/21-5/26. Our transaction #: [redacted] in OC RV system. We returned the RV with full gas. We provided all the receipts as evidence that we filled up the gas. When we returned the RV, a OC RV employee checked the RV and told us that everything is perfect and the gas tank was full. On 6/2/2015, I found an additional charge of 241.96 on my credit card from OC RV. We have contacted OC RV for more than 5 fives, including calls and emails. They intentionally ignore us. We want to dispute this wrong charge and get our money back.Desired Settlement: Returned the wrong charge of $201.96
