This is a response to a complaint received
October 1, #*** issued by a guest/customer who stayed at our condo rental in *** *** Maryland from August 31st to September 3rd 2014, that we tried to mitigate and resolve.The customer states that he did not receive an immediate response to his emails regarding the return of the depositWe had experienced issues with our email being hackedWe did respond to the email after the customer had already issued the complaint.We explained to the customer that we would return half the deposit $270, $per personxguests, due to the issues with the toilet that required it be replaced afterwards and cleanliness of the kitchenThe customer responded and agreed that they were responsible for not advising us of the issues and accepted the conditions of the mediation.With regards,OC Season Rental, LLC

Review: I emailed the owner roughly 10 times over the course of three weeks asking whether or not we would be getting our deposit back for the property we rented in OC in late July. She hasn't told me yet, answered only once (asking what condition we left it in), and never answered again. The rental was vacuumed, cleaned, and we had only one issue--a wheel coming off of an already broken sliding glass door. We left the wheel on a table and explained that we didn't want to attempt to fix it and break it further. Evidently, she felt that a wheel coming off was worth keeping our $540 deposit. I cannot confirm this, however, given the fact that she refuses to answer my emails.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I would like my security deposit back. At the very least, an explanation as to why she has been ignoring me.
