$1200 was the 50% off price from $2300. Yes, there was a new version coming... hence the reason for the 50% off sale. The old version was never valued at 4800. What was valued at $800 was the crossover versions. This version would not work unless you had 5D  professional. This version would allow your 5D Professional (for a pc) to be crossed over to the mac. They are 2 separate programs. Both 5D professional and TruEmbroidery are valued at $2300. The crossover version is valued at $800.

Review: Purchased software at a discount with trade in and found that when I went to register the software it was not the latest version, but the three year old version. It was for the [redacted] and was advertised with the current PC version. The retail price stated was equivalent to the current [redacted] version not the dated version that I received.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund or the current version, however I traded in software that also had value so a refund would also have to include the trade-in's value.

Review: I bought a sewing machine at 12/30/13 it was at Joann fabric store in [redacted], Irvine, CA 92606 tel. ###-###-#### . the company OC sewing & vacuum has renting a space inside Joann store and they have many sewing machines. The sewing machine I liked they had only flour semple. I asked the brand new one and the cashier [redacted] placed the order for brand new Janome 1200D. I paed $1295.98. They called me 01/03/14 to pick up my new sewing machine. I pick up the sewing machine 01/06/14. I left the machine my work place, when the next day I opened it I find out that it was the flour semple one, it is not brand new as they promised me. It's used and abused sewing machine which I repeatedly told her that I want a brand new one. when I was picking up the sewing machine she told me that this is the new one. I'm not giving you a used one. The sewing machine give me has plenty scratches, treads are missing, some documents are missing and it's not threaded properly, it's completely wrong. I checked the manual. I want a brand new sewing machine not a used one. And they claim they can't return the item or exchange. it is against there policy.Desired Settlement: the store Employee: [redacted] dishonest, Rude, individual. She is the one that give me the sewing machine and told me that she is giving me a brand new sewing machine. I don't like people that lying to your face and that is why I don't want even exchange. I want full refund.
