Here are the reasons we have not launched your app: 1. The night that we were going to launch your app, you assaulted my employee, inserted your USB into his computer, and stole the source code we created for you. Our plan was to launch your app that night but you immediately left the office after the source code theft and laughingly said to the employee "don't be afraid to press the button to launch the app." You still owed us +$40,which you agreed to pay to us once we had completed all core features. After completing all core features, instead of paying us the +$40,you owed and agreed to pay, you decided to steal the source code instead. I sent you an email on Sunday, February 18th, that stated the following: "I wanted to let you know that I would be happy to launch your app into the app store for you" despite the attacks you were making on me and my company. You never responded to that email. As you can see, I have made any and every effort to launch your app for youYou have fought me at every turn, called me names, threatened me, my employees, and my company, defamed us, and have committed nearly every possible harm that could have been committed again us

This man is flat out lying there is no proof please show your proof to your statements. I'm sorry, but a test flight is not what I hire this man for I hired him for an application to be launched on the google and apple store that functions and works according to the proposal(that was clear on the contract and agreement). being late and over budget:Yes, the project was one month late and 40% over budget.  We tried to make up for this by giving you 50% off your invoices during the late period.  You approved the new time frame, the discount, and the budget overages.Missing features:We were only missing one core feature which you approved to be done later.Getting nothing for your money:We launched your app on Test Flight and you have been using it daily at trade shows, to show your business partners, and to show clients.Launching to the public:We attempted to launch your app into the app store despite you owing us money.  You blocked this attempt out of anger since we decided to not work with you anymore due to your debt, delinquency, and other negative actions you took upon my company, my employees, and myself.Regarding taking advantage of you:We had dozens of meetings with you, dozens of Test Flight launches, and provided weekly budget and task updates throughout the entire project.OC Web Kings decided to not work with you Jonathan due to reasons that you know very well.  You are upset over this and have now executed a campaign to defame us.  Despite your efforts, OC Web Kings will continue to make dreams come true every day just like we did for you.
