I am rejecting this response because:It is full of lies and untruths about the web design contract concluded between the undersigned and OC2Interactive on August 23, for a total amount of $3,According to the written agreement, the designer OC2Interactive supposed to design and deliver to the undersigned client a fully and complete functional website for his www.***.com ecommerce businessI initially paid $1,as deposit down (as per the designer's policy to receive 50% off the total agreed of $3,100) using my Visa card plus a few months later I paid an additional $1,via bank cashier's check mailed to them (copy that I was unable to locate - otherwise I wouldn't have needed any receipt confirmation for $2,from designer)After a few months of work, during which time OC2Interactive only designed and created the static pages for my website (such as FAQ, Terms of Service, Fees schedule, similar), the designer emailed the undersigned client (also made calls) claiming that they underestimated the cost of the project saying that the cost should be at least $5,- more than likely a lot more due to the necessary work for dozens of plpages, value of work that was inadvertently left overlooked in the original contract of $3,total4. I requested a written receipt for my total amount paid of $2,since as stated above I only have evidence of the first payment of $1,(from my credit card company) but not for the second / additional payment of $1,I mailed to OC2Interactive.I confirm under oath and risk of perjury offense that the above information is true and correctRespectfully submitted,*** *** / claimant*** *** ***Hartford, CT 06106Tel###-###-####

of the contractHe has the information he wants, credit card confirmation of the charges, but wants my company to issue another receipt, years later, for personal reasonsClearly there is nothing professional about this requestharassed my employees then and nowWe told him that we asked him years ago to cease all communication with our company and he did so for yearsWe are a small companyWe don’t keep copies of files on clients that are inactive for yearsI really don’t know what more to sayIn all the years my company has been in business, this is our first complaintWe take our reputation seriouslyPlease let me know if there is anything else I can do to help Martin
