Review: I Payed Mr Hassib W[redacted] for a website design and all of a sudden he shut it down and says as excuse that his computer has a virus and that do to that the website was down. He will not give us the information for the domain that we have had for the past 8 to 9 years and had trusted him to do changes on it. He is not willing to put it back up and do to that I am currently loosing business and clients.Desired Settlement: I want him to provide me the information for the domain and to put my website back up because it has already been payed for. I know I am not going to pay for it to be monitored but my website shouldn't have been taken down even if it was not going to be monitored.
