Wrong size tire put life in danger and damaged not only the tires but the truck as well.Went in to get a new set of tires but wanted to change the type because although the old ones looked nice the didnt grip the road well so I asked and they suggested a brand and showed me them on the computer screen. I chose the style I liked and they suggested the size for my truck. when they came in I asked if I could bring truck around 5 that day they said ok. after my girlfriend waited for a few hours she was told to bring it the next day. we dropped it off early that day and was not done until after we had to leave town that evening around 5pm. we stopped by and they said the installer was working on it. since we had to leave to avoid weather we stated that a freind would pick it up. a week later when we returned I had to get to work. on the way when making a turn on yellow flashing light the tire got stuck in the fender. I had to hit the gas hard to get it to move out of the way of oncoming traffic. the damage involved the shredding of the tries and the damage to the fender as well. when we told the business of what happened they stated they dont argue tire sizes with customers. never did I argue with thier suggestion and even the installer said they were to big. they had many times to tell me that the size would not work but they didnt mention it at all. they had both my contact numbers as well. All I wanted was tires to replace the wrong ones but instead im having to file papers with the courts. I would rather settle out of court band this is why im filing this complaint but more than willing to go if needed/ I have been without my truck for almost two weeks now because I dont want to damage it any further as its my business truck and show truck. also with it being off the road im losing advertising time and losing business.Desired Settlementthis is simple. either refund or replacement to the size needed. thats is all. I dont like conflict but also dont like being put in this position because I have always liked the company cause they offer many thing alot of companies dont offer but if this is how business is will not recommend anyone and just buy online.

HID HEADLIGHTS INSTALLED ON MY VEHICLE. POSSIBLE IMPROPER INSTALL OR FAULTY EQUIPMENT. BUSINESS LACKS PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR FIXING PROBLEMS.
10/1/2011 I PURCHASED AND HAD INSTALLED, HID HEALIGHTS ON MY 2011 DODGE CHALLENGER. $250 WAS MY TOTAL. $150 FOR THE ACTUALLY HID LIGHTS, $15 FOR SHIPPING, AND $75 FOR INSTALLATION. AROUND OCT 8 IS WHEN THE LIGHTS STARTED FLIKERING EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE WHEN DRIVING. I WOULD ONLY NOTICE IT AT NIGHT/BEHIND ANOTHER CAR. IT WAS AROUND THE 9TH OR 10TH OF OCT WHEN I HAD MY FIRST MAJOR PROBLEM. I TURNED MY HEAD LIGHTS ON AND THE HID LIGHTS DIDNT COME ON, ONLY MY PARKING LIGHTS. SO I TRIED A FEW MORE TIMES WITH NO SUCCESS. POPPED THE HOOD OF THE CAR AND WITH A FLASHLIGHT SAW THE CABLE THAT CONNECTED THE LIGHTS TO THE BATTERY, SO I JUST KIND OF MOVED IT AND THE LIGHTS CAME ON. THIS HAPPENED AGAIN THE SAME NIGHT WITH THE SAME RESULTS OF MOVING THE CABLE TO GET THE LIGHTS TO COME BACK ON. SO THE NEXT DAY I CALLED OCC AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME IN AND THE GUY WHO INSTALLED THE LIGHTS CHECKED IT OUT "[redacted]". WHILE HE WAS CHECKING OUT THE CABLE THAT CONNECTED TO THE BATTERY THAT ALSO CONTAINED A FUSE, WE BOTH NOTICE WHEN THAT CABLE HAD TO MUCH MOVEMENT THE LIGHTS WOULD FLICKER OR SHUT OF AND ON. HE SEEMED TO JUST PUSH THE CABLES THAT CONNECTED INTO THE FUSE AND PUSH THE FUSE IN TIGHTER AND SAID I SHOULD BE OK. I WOULD SAY IT WORKED FOR THE MOST PART. AROUND 16TH IS WHEN I HAD MY FIRST PROBLEM WITH THE RIGHT LIGHT GOING OUT. NEXT DAY I LET OCC KNOW MY LIGHT WAS BLOWN, WENT IN AND [redacted] TOLD ME SOMEHOW A PEICE GOT WET AND USUALLY DOESNT B/C OF THE WAY HE INSTALLS IT. SO HE SAID TO COME TOMORROW AND TELL A GUY INSIDE THAT ITS WET AND THEY NEED TO ORDER A NEW PART. DUE TO WORK SWITCH CARS WITH MY GF AND HAD HER TAKE THE CAR IN TO OCC. SOMEHOW THE RIGHT HEADLIGHT CAME BACK ON WHEN SHE GOT THERE AN SHE STILL HAD THEM ORDER THE PART THAT GOT WET. SHE ALSO TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO INSTALL A USED PART BUT SHE TOLD THEM TO ORDER THE NEW ONE AND WE'LL WAIT. RIGHT LIGHT AT THIS POINT DECIDED WHEN IT WANTED TO COME ON. NEXT PROBLEM WAS ABOUT THE 22OCT. WHEN I TURNED ON THE LIGHTS IT WOULD MESS WITH MY IPOD SETTING ONLY ON MY RADIO. IT WOULDNT ALLOW THE IPOD TO PLAY. BEFORE THE HID INSTALL I HAD NO PROLEMS WITH MY LIGHTS MESSING WITH MY RADIDO. I CURRENTLY DONT HAVE THE HID LIGHTS ANYMORE AND DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY RADIO IPOD. TOOK IT IN TO OCC, SAW [redacted] AND HE TOLD ME IT WAS SOME WIRE AN THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE IT TO [redacted] WHERE I GOT MY RADIO INSTALLED. TOOK IT TO [redacted] THEY TOLD ME IF IT WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE THE LIGHTS THEN IT WAS SOMETHING OCC DID AND THEY COULD FIX IT BUT IT WOULD COST ME. DIDNT DO IT B/C AT THIS POINT I DIDNT KNOW IF I WANTED TO KEEP THE HID LIGHTS. NOV 6 MY LEFT LIGHT WAS IN A CONSTANT FLICKER, LIKE A LIGHT THAT IS GETTING TOO MUCH ENERGY OR SOMETHING. THE NEXT DAY I WENT TO TALK TO THE OWNER TO EXPLAIN ALL THE PROBLEMS IVE BEEN HAVING FROM EARLY ON BEFORE TALKING TO THE OWNER I HAD THEM TAKE THE HID LIGHTS OFF AN RETURN MY FACTORY LIGHTS AND IT COST ME $60 FOR 20 MINS OF WORK. FINALLY THE OWNER CAME. HE EXPLAINED SOME STORY ABOUT HOW HIS TRUCK DID THE SAME THING MY CAR WAS DOING. THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED BEFORE HAND AS A POSSIBLE PROBLEM NOR WAS IT EXPLAINED THAT IN THE EVENT THAT A PART FAILS YOU HAVE TO WAIT POSSIBLE 5 DAYS FOR THE PART SO YOUR LIGHT CAN WORK AGAIN. THE OWNER [redacted] EXPLAINED THAT IF THEY PUT THE NEW PART ON AND SOME "ELECTRIC GREESE" I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS OR THEY COULD GIVE ME A STORE CREDIT. I SAID ILL TAKE THE STORE CREDIT. [redacted] TOLD ME IN ORDER TO GET THE STORE CREDIT I WOULD HAVE TO LET THEM TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM COSTING ME ANOTHER $60 TO RE-INSTALL AND ANOTHER $60 IF THE FIX DIDNT WORK. AT THIS POINT I FELT I SPENT ENOUGH TIME AND MONEY FOR THEM TO COME UP WITH A BETTER RESOLUTION AN NOT TRY TO FORCE ME INTO PUTTING THE HID LIGHTS BACK ON. EACH TIME I HAD A PROBLEM I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR THEM TO CHECK IT OUT AND PROBLEMS CONTINUED. THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME SYSTEM PUT IN PLACE FOR FASTER REPLACEMENT AND SOME SORT OF REFUND PROCESS FOR EARLY PROBLEMS.
