At the time that we entered into a contract, the printer was out ink. We sent an email on 8/16/with the signed contract. On the contract, there is a payment schedule. The first payment was scheduled was 9/24/2016. She states that she called and had requested updates to
the contract. We have no records of her calling, voice mails, etc. We did receive an email 9/about not hearing from us. She requested that we print her a hard copy of the contract and that they would pick it up. A few days later she stated that the original email on 8/was fraudulent. It was brought out that they had found another venue. I do believe that they need the security deposit to pay the other venue. We have an email trail confirming that we have done what we were suppose to do. In the contract which was signed by *** *** there is a Cancellation Policy Clause. Our company followed the terms of the contract and did everything that we were suppose to do. Per terms of the contract, no refund of the security deposit will be made
