Occidental Dentist

Occidental is the only dental office in Brooklyn who accepted my DC37 for TMJ visit. I wish they would have a location in Queens.

Review: On January **, 2015, at [redacted] this dental business took my cash , $400.00 without a receipt,even though I requested one at the time , they said they would mail it. That never happened They gave me a infrared exam and said they would call me back with the results in 7 to 10 days.The dental business website , Occidental, and the name on the door, [redacted]. did not match. They had no way of getting a hold of them unless you go through a operator first. They took all my ID Drivers License, Social security number and credit card number over a series of phone calls I made to set up the appointment.After the office visit on January **, 2015 at [redacted]. they did not get back to me. After 2 weeks I tried to call and on my phone was unable to get through to their operator.I use another persons phone to place the call and was able to get through to the operator who said she would relay the message. They have not contacted me again.I then realized I was scammed by people who are most likely operating without a license.The doctor said her name was [redacted] and the website says a [redacted] is the attendingdentist. These are probably fake names. I tried to call the police precinct to alert them to the address , since that is the only thingI have . They said to contact you.I have had to close accounts and take measures to insure indentity protection.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back since they never returned the results of a test .They said the culture was shipped to [redacted] and when they receive the results they would contact me for further treatment.I would like to prevent others of the same fate
