Ocean Air

I had Ocean Air work on my heating system and I just wanted to mention what a great job Steve Fernandes did in fixing my furnace!! I've been having issues with my FAU unit, working and not working for about six monthsI called three contractor to try and fix itI had a contractor, who has about years of experience in the county come up with a solution that I needed to enlarge the heating ducts in my house, that was the problem That would have been a very expensive "fix" if it would be been the issue The heater at my house is some off brand that came when I purchased the houseSteve worked on trying to fix the problem non-stopHe tried one option and if it didn't work he tried a different one until he figured what was wrong with the FAUHe didn't give up Now I have my heater working, thanks to Ocean Air Heating & Air Conditioning, Grover BeachCaThey get stars out of in my book

Found a listing on Craigslist for A/C repair and contacted that listing via their shown preference as contact by emailExchanged a few emails requesting a quote and service call with "Gary" who turned out to be the owner of this business as confirmed by the TACLA license number contained within the listingHe asked that I call him the next morning to arrange details of the service call the next dayI replied to the email with "Thanks, I'll call you in the morning"The following morning I received an email that stated "Please call someone elseI can not believe you emailed me again."
Very strange individual, I would not feel comfortable having him anywhere near my home

That would have been a very expensive "fix" if it would be been the issue.
The heater at my house is some off brand that came when I purchased the
house. Steve worked on trying to fix the problem non-stop. He tried one option and if it didn't work he tried a different one until he figured what was wrong with the FAU. He didn't give up.
Now I have my heater working, thanks to Ocean Air Heating & Air Conditioning, Grover Beach. Ca. They get 5 stars out of 5 in my book.
