Ocean Avenue sold me my home The house is wonderfulThe neighborhood is greatDealing with the people at Ocean & getting the paperwork back was fab One bad experiencewhich is HUGE!!! My mortgage was never registered with the local Register of Deeds and after 1/year my deed was sold to another real estate agencySo according to the deeds, my house now belongs to someone else and I would not have known if I hadn't had to get permits for repairs & remodelingThe phone number on here is the only working number for this company, not even the one on the website works I do not care how this ended up getting mishandled and I don't care, all I care about is my $42k mortgage that I am still paying on a house that I purchased to give to my two autistic sons was resold for $15k to another company Before I would have highly recommended this place & even told many of my friends, now I am being told by the county to get an attorney Thanks for the headache and heartache
