Normally I'm very nice, but I do have a threshold for interruptions mid-sentence while helping other customersI understand you emailed minutes before and had somewhere to be, but waiting minutes until I cleared the room so I could troubleshoot what went wrong with your document seemed
clearly out of the questionI had no problem ringing you out initially, you're right -- even if you did cut in front of about othersBut you did need to wait since it wasn't smooth-sailing at the moment, and sometimes that happensI apologize for getting upset in return

Review: I am very upset right now. I called in to have some forms printed and the business said that they would email me when they were done so that I could come pick them up. I was emailed that they were ready and went in to get them. There was a line full of people but since I had called in I politely asked the woman working there if I could pick up the printed documents that I had printed out. She took my credit card and I opened the bag to look at the papers. There was black ink was everywhere. All the documents were blacked out and this wasn't acceptable. She seemed angry when I asked her if she could print them again and told me that I had to wait because the other people were first. So I waited. Ten minutes later she printed them again and they came out the same. I told her that I can't pay for something like that because they are unreadable and I need to send these forms out correctly. She then threw the papers at me saying that I can't deal with her and declared that I was rude very loudly. I asked for a refund and then asked for the manager. She gave me a void for the charge. I had to politely interrupt the manager by the name of Mike to talk to him for a second because his employee just threw papers at me and called me rude. He then decided to ignore me and say I cannot help you as you can see I have a line full of customers. I have never been treated so horribly in all my life! I went home and felt violated by this business. Please do something about this as this is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way. Afterwards I said I was not being rude, you were treating me poorly and threw papers at me! I told her that I am your customer. She said that she was sorry for throwing papers at me. I am very upset about what happened here and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life by employee and manager alike.Desired Settlement: I want this business to treat their customers with respect and an apology for the way that I was treated. I will never go to this business again because of this. I am a local in this town and I feel bad for others that have been treated poorly according to their reviews online.

I understand you emailed 30 minutes before and had somewhere to be, but waiting 5 minutes until I cleared the room so I could troubleshoot what went wrong with your document seemed clearly out of the question. I had no problem ringing you out initially, you're right -- even if you did cut in front of about 10 others. But you did need to wait since it wasn't smooth-sailing at the moment, and sometimes that happens. I apologize for getting upset in return.
