The response does not say anything about the $credit I requestedOBP did not deliver the services they promised and I feel as though a credit should be givenI plan on taking further legal action if this issue is not resolved in a timely mannerFurthermore the dates and weather report that OBP is claiming is not accurateThe amount of times subcontractors had to return to fix work that was installed incorrectly is unacceptable
We have apologized to Mr*** for the unexpected delays this yearStarting in April, we noticed delays that we have never experienced beforeWe had written on the HOA application that we submitted for Mr*** that we expect about days because that was our average for the past
yearsIt was explained in paperwork that is given to each customer that we ask for working days from dig to plasterThat was on a form that we had them sign prior to excavationWorking days exclude holidays, Sundays, and rain daysIn the same book, we explain that for every day of rain it usually takes two days to make up on the scheduleWe dug on April 16, We did the ***, which is the plaster stage, on June 6, That would be working days excluding holidays and SundaysHowever in that period of time, we had days of rainIf you count two days to make up for each day of rain, as we explained prior, it would leave days from dig to plasterOur staff never intended to take any longer than necessaryOur subcontractors were given the plans on the day before excavationWe have learned this year that the construction industry has experienced many delays that we cannot controlWe have apologized, and tried to make up for lost time when we could. On the contract, it states that the pool is deemed completed at plaster. After plaster, there were times that subs told us that they were going and they didn't show upWe understand that this was very frustrating, and we apologize for that as well
