This letter is in regards to
our customer, *** ***, who issued a complaint to Revdex.com
on September 24, (Complaint ID: ***)Our sincerest apologies for the
lack of response your team has received concerning this matterIt appears that our
customer support team never escalated the email you sent on October 10, to
be resolvedI was made aware today of the complaint and immediately initiated an
investigation, as we take customer complaints and concerns very seriously
On September 9th 2014, *** *** placed two orders with our company for a
membership program to receive monthly supplies of some of our skin products, in
this case it was Avonlea and Versilla SkinOn September 23rd 2014, the trial date for
the Avonlea product expired and billing occurred for the purchase price of the
product and continued enrollment in the auto-ship program
When customer *** *** called our company to cancel her recurring membership
on September 24, 2014, our customer support team immediately stopped her
membership for both the Avonlea and Versilla Skin products, and placed all future orders on hold
Below are screenshots of the Order History and Customer Notes in our database
that were created by the customer support team agents regarding customer *** ***:
As you can see by the notes, the customer was issued a refund as soon as the
products were received on October 9th, and the Revdex.com complaint letter was received a
day after her case was resolvedI have spoken with my support team on escalating any
similar customer concerns in the future so that we can resolve the matter
quickly and more efficientlyWe take our customers' concerns seriously and would
not want the rating of our business to lower due to an issue such as this one

Review: I received a skin product from this company, I had two weeks as a trial term, giving an extra 4 days for shipping, I called both phone numbers which go to the same receiver, I have left as of 9/22--9/24/14 4 messages with a number to call me back, in order to get an RMA# so that I may cancel this product from future automatic shipments, three days of none stop calling and emails, and I have not had any replies, my account is pending 98.73,I want this cancelled and or my money returned to my account asapThanking You[redacted]Desired Settlement: stop the pending amount from my checking account or refund the 98.73, and no further automatic shipments or payments taken from my checking account
