Ocean City Express Co Inc

Review: On August 22, 2014 at 5:52pm I observed a driver for ocean city express drive a semi truck over my lawn even though I was outside and motioned to the driver not to drive over my lawn. The semi truck left deep tire ruts in my perfectly manicured lawn I contacted the manager [redacted] concerning the matter. He assured me he would reprimand the driver and offered to send me a check for $150 to repair the ruts in my lawn. After a few weeks went by, I did not receive a check for compensation as promised. I called back and spoke with another person who insisted a check would be mailed. After 3 more weeks, I still did not receive a check. I called back again and spoke with [redacted] who once again insisted a check would be sent. After two weeks, I still did not receive a check which is the reason for this complaint. If the drivers disregard respect for other peoples property, I'd hate to see how they treat their customers property while transporting. I was offered an empty promise for compensation but no check was ever sent.Desired Settlement: I would like the check I was promised for compensation for me having to purchase mud and manually grade out the deep tire ruts caused by their incompetent driver.
