The notes are quite difficult to read, but after reading through several times I do not see a reference to DrGreywall administering the numbing medicine in a careless manner so that it went down my throat and caused me pain and difficulty swallowingI can see some notes stating that there were open margins on my tooth number when trying to fit the crownYou can see the photo of bruising on my jaw from the rough treatment by DrMasiI was treated very poorly by the doctors at this dental office, and it appears that there is a very high turnover of staffThe new manager did not send copies of all of the X-rays taken during my treatmentMany additional x-rays were taken of tooth number due to the difficulty the doctors had in fitting the crownI would have looked for another dentist at that time if I had not already paid a significant amount of money for the crownI am still requesting a refund because the crown has to be replaced due to the open margin
