There was never an estimate given to me. The woman at the front counter came in before I agreed to services and said I will check your coverage. She came back in and said yes it is covered and that I was right about a $30 deductible. Well I was wrong I have no deduct able on a filling. So how did she check?  And why did they collect a $30 deductible.

I am rejecting this response because:
Because I was never told a price before they did the work sitting in the chair. I didn't know a price till I got a bill in the mail. Second I have no copay for fillings in my insurance, so why did they collect it. Why because the girl at the desk never checked my insurance like she said she would. All her responses are not answering any of the issues either. Whom ever is answering is avoiding answering truthfully!!!
