THIS IS THE THIRD COMPLAINT OVER THE SAME SITUATIONI personally worked with the customer to settle this dispute. There was an outstanding balance for their weddingOur accounting team charged their credit card for that balanceIn working with the client, we rebated her credit card for the
charge and then directed charged her mother-in-law who was believed to owe the outstanding balanceWe later learned her mother-in-law had actually paid in fullThere was turnover within our resort that ultimately lead to the billing confusionWe apologize to the client but consider this matter resolved

[Efforts made by the management to deal with bed bugs, head lice, clogged bathroom and disgusting uncleaned toilette issues resulted in complete disruption of our vacation. Only three nights out of five are sought for refund. More over, management refused to provide pest inspection report. More over, management agreed to refund in September in exchange for complete release of liability, confirming once again there was a bed bug and head lice issue in the room More over, threats the management is referring to were notifications that actions will be taken for what they had done and that they would be held responsible.]

The Resort made every effort to work with this guest and find a reasonable resolution. She denied such resolution and began sending threatening correspondence.
