Review: This company is committing outright fraud for it's laundry services. By law the company must post the pricing for drop off services, but, does not honor the prices listed after laundry has been weighed. Instead, they continue to charge and extra .50 for each load of laundry they must do. The price of the laundry is supposed to be determined by how much the laundry weighs. Twice they have tried to overcharge me for laundry. And, rather than increasing their prices, they keep trying to sneak up-charges to the customer in small increments hoping they won't noticed. When, I brought the fraud to the attention of the owner and his wife, I was yelled at by both. And, the wife says, "Fifty cent is not too much extra". When I asked about the price list they said the list was old. Yet, when I asked when they were going to update it, they were silent. They are known for cheating people through fraudulent services, dilapidated machines that they will not fix, no hot water turned on in some machines nor will they refund money lost in their broken down machines. They do not believe there is any consequences to stealing money from customers, and I believe a conversation from the Revdex.com would help them understand what they are doing is out right stealing from people, and there are consequences.Desired Settlement: I would like these people forced to comply within the law in terms of charging people the exact about specified by their list of pricing by the weight of laundry. I would like them to fully refund money lost in their machines. And, forced to get their machines fixed.
