I think they are a little pricey but I guess with the advanced equipment they use it helps ensure they are adressing the problem and ensures you only have to pay once to get the job done makes it worth the price.
We had a late night plumbing emergency & called many plumbers before reaching Three-way Plumbing. They were the only ones who agreed to come out very late in the evening. I have been a return customer of 3 Way Plumbing because they are very professional, polite and respectful of my property and they do what they say they are going to do and are reliable. When we had a cold spell not long ago, I had my pipes freeze. I was told that it would be a little while before a service technician could get to me which I understood; given the temperature in the low teens. In the meantime I received a call from xxxxx, Owner, who helped walk me through what I could do to unfreeze my pipes. Then in about an hour I received a call back from Ms.xxxxx to check on my status. I was very impressed at this level of commitment to her customers and the personal touch she provided when she knew having no water was a crisis for my family. Her help assisted in me getting my water to flow and get water back for the two ladies in my home - crisis averted. Thank you

All three of the toilets in our house are likely the original ones installed when our home was built 20+ years ago. In two of them, one upstairs and one downstairs, various portions of the the hardware had worn down to the point where the whole mechanism constantly made noise. Noise loud enough we had to turn the water off to them at night to be able to go to sleep. What a pain it was to turn the water on and off again each time one of us needed to use one of them.
In reality, it's likely this was a simple job.
What impressed me was the manner in which the on job Three Way plumber took care of my family. He assessed needs for both situations and developed three different options to fix the toilets to our satisfaction. He then patiently answered every one of my questions as I tried to pull together an idea which of those options best fit.
In the end I chose the middle option, which was between installing completely new toilets and the first option, which fixed the toilets but was the less invasive and least expensive choice. I chose the option, then, which would fix the problem long term but was not near as expensive as paying for new toilets.
He had all the materials he needed in his well stocked, organized and roomy work truck.
Our on job Three Way plumber fixed both toilets in about an hour and a half (maybe a little less) and was out the door.
He was knowledgable, clean in the treatment of our home during the work, he answered every single question I had to ask and there were many. Both toilets have worked flawlessly since his departure from our home. It's so nice to not have to hear the constant "plink, plink, plonk" all day and night. We can now relax and rest well.

The entire process was with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable people. My house had a water leak. At each step of the process, the options and costs were clearly explained. I set up an appointment with Three-Way Plumbing and the technician was at my home promptly as scheduled. He was courteous, clean and paid attention to what I said. He was very clear as to charges and the repair went well. He left no mess and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing plumbing work done.

He not only found and fixed our sewer blockage problem, but he also went way above and beyond by bringing his equipment about 50 yards into the woods behind our property to make sure that after he was finished, I knew exactly what to tell the city so they could come out and fix their side of the sewer as well.
When I need plumbing service, I will certainly call Three-Way Plumbing again. I don't usually recommend service companies to family and friends, but I would recommend Three-Way Plumbing to everyone.

I discovered a clogged sewer main at my home. Three Way came out within a couple hours to clear the clog and run a down hole camera to determine the reason for the clog. Turns out that my main pipe had cracked and partially collapsed. The tech was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They even provided a quote on the spot for repair work.
