I'm very sorry that the product was watery I don't have any record of the consumer contacting our service center We'd like to have the product sent into us or at the very least the lot codes so we can look into the issue This product is filled on a hands free line and boxed on the line as well, so we would be very curious to look into how water could be placed in the bottles

My record state consumer contacted us on May 22, to say she never got free coupons she was promised for defective product. There was no record of her contacting us prior to this and coupons is above the limit an agent would be able to offer free. The agent was approved as a
courtesy to send the consumer the coupons. She then called back 8/and said she was supposed to be sent free coupons and never got them. The agent let her know the notes and her statement were for and we sent them back in May. As a courtesy, we can resend the 4 certified to make sure she gets them. Consumer refused the coupons and demanded a supervisor. The consumer hung up when she was told we would resend the free coupons. I would be happy to resend those coupons again. The total value of the free coupons sent to her once already in May is $

We have no record of any emails from this consumer, in the box hair color division or our professional division. We're very sorry they experienced color bleeding after using the Sapphire Black. This is very common with red and blue based dark hair colors as the color molecules are
larger than the hair shaft for these types of shades. We'd be happy to send a refund for the purchase price of the product

I'm very sorry that Mr. W[redacted] had a poor experience with our product and customer service.  We pride ourselves on producing great products for our consumers and offering world class customer service.  I will look into the his concern about emails not reaching us as well as a social...

media complaint post not being forwarded on if the consumer was advised it would be.  I did search for any record of Mr. W[redacted] email in our database and was not able to find anything with his name, address, or email address.  We have been receiving other emails from the [redacted] website but I will have our webmaster do a double check to make sure emails are being forwarded correctly.  Our social media standard response for complaints is to refer consumers to our 800# for immediate response.  I will make sure that they are following this procedure. I would be more than happy to offer a refund to Mr. W[redacted] for his defective product.  Checks are fulfilled weekly and can take 4-6 weeks to arrive.  For a quicker follow up if there are any questions, I would recommend Mr. W[redacted] contact us directly at ###-###-####.

As a 1 time courtesy we can send $25.  For future reference, please keep any defective product as it is very helpful for companies to assist in reviewing the issue and how to make corrections if necessary.
