customer wanted yet more changes because she wasn't pleased with the color, she wanted french tips instead. At this point, the nail technician tried to accommodate, but was running behind on appointments because this customer's visit was taking nearly 2 hours. When the charges were made ($20 for pedicure and $15 for manicure w/ $3 extra for each french manicure), the customer got upset stating we had overcharged her. Total charges were $41, not $45 as the customer reported. All requests made by the customer were accommodated to the best of the nail technician's ability. Review: I arrived at Ocean Nails about 130pm on Friday 17, 2015. When I got there I spoke to the lady and told her what I would like done. After the lady finish I asked her if she can fix it because it looked sloppy. The lady tried to fix it but it just got worse. I asked her if she can redo them but she wouldn't. She said that she didn't have time. She over charged me for them and she didn't do what I asked her to do. I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't even answer me, I been calling the shop but they don't answer. I had to go to another shop once I got back in town and pay again to get them done right.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me my money back. I live out of town and it might be a little harder to go back to get it redone.
