Review: I purchased a used vehicle and I did sign paperwork that states as is. HOWEVER, when I took the vehicle home I started noticing bugs crawling on top of the ceiling of car, the doors. I was driving at the time on the freeway and almost got in an accident. I had taken car in for service for a tire and to have window tint removed which took 4 days to complete. And once window tint removed (Illegal) window tint and the heat the bugs were coming out all over. Not knowing what they were I did some research on internet to discover the were C
K ROACHES. Omg so so disgusting and not ok or acceptable at all. I went in to Nissan and spoke to general manger ** who shold me the vehicle and he had reassured me when I purchased the vehicle that he will take care of me. After discussing with him the Car has been with them since January 20, 2014. They told me in service [redacted] that they need to keep the vehicle for the life cycle of the C
K roach. They have given me a loaner car in the mean time. However, I do not want the vehicle which I had told the General Manger on January 19, 2014. He stated their was no cooling off period. I do think I should be able to get out of this contract and put into another vehicle or compensated in some way. My son and I had purchased coffee and donuts one morning to take a sip of my coffee to discover two C
K roaches floating in my coffee and 1 in my sons donut bag. We went grocery shopping on Saturday. We placed the bags in back seat and within 12 minutes going home and removing the groceries the bugs scattered like twenty everywhere. That is just plain sick. I am not even in the vehicle and I itch. My co-workers at Social Security are afraid I may have in my clothing or purse. I mentioned to my dentis as I was so freaked out by this he could not believe it. I should be able to get another used vehicle as I have NO DESIRE TO GET IN THAT VEHICLE AGAIN. Anything that can be done would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like to get another used vehicle

We reviewed this matter this morning. The vehicle is being thoroughly cleaned at an outside vendor and will be back tomorrow.
The GM of the store is calling the customer to let her know the vehicle will be back and she will have the option of taking the vehicle or we will buy it back from her so that she is completely satisfied.
