I am rejecting this response because:
I was never told I was dealing with a third party.  There are other problems with the hotels response.  First, the daily rate they gave (($180) for two days does not add put to $547 the rate I was charged.  Second, the agent (the hotel says it was [redacted]..the agent denies it and calls itself [redacted]), the traditional check-out time we knew about but they agreed to 5 pm checkout and told me about a surcharge but waived it.  Neither the hotel nor the agent except any responsibility for their misleading "lie".  I don't care who issues the refund…this is a scam and the hotel is protecting itself.  If the hotel says it was [redacted] then push [redacted] to issue the refund.  Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:Regarding Revdex.com case # 11752244, The guest relations person called me at 6:50pm. Her name is Sheila D[redacted]. I tried to explain the problems we had. My wife got on the phone and told her that the front desk said to leave all your valubles in...

the room, i.e. cash, wallets, cell phones and jewelry in the room and the technician will come up and fix the safe. When my wife explained that the hotel policy is not responsible for personal property, Sheila D[redacted] got extremely irate and hung up on my wife. These people should not be in business. this is an addendum to the original complaint, Revdex.com Case # 1[redacted]We should never have been billed from this company in light of these complaints.
