We had an open claim from a previous storm that caused water to enter our attic through a vent pipe and ruin a ceiling in our son's room. We had begun to clean up the issue and the hurricane hit. Water was entering pretty steadily into our son's room so we called the services emergency line and a crew to two came to our house in the middle of the hurricane. There wasn't much they could do, but they tried their best in the bad storm. Once the storm passed clean-up and repair began expeditiously, and the end result is incredible.
