Joe came to finish my roof when the first roofer damaged my house and left a huge mess.
When you first meet him, you will think he's professional.
Don't be fooled. He left damaged wood and tar on my house. The flat roof over my front porch
is now leaking because he failed to replace it properly. The city of Orlando did an inspection
when he was finished and it passed inspection. I called the city to ask why the approved
the inspection when it is obviously leaking. They wouldn't take responsibility and they called
Joe. He said he would come back and fix it. I didn't call him because his work is to sloppy
that I don't trust him to do it right. I had to pay a painter and a licensed contractor to come
repair the wood and get the tar off of the house. I have to hire another roofing co. to fix the
flat roof. I would rather do that than have Joe back here. He was supposed to do a wind
mitigation report for my insurance co. He failed to take the required pictures. When the insurance co. called him he said he forgot and he would "do it tomorrow". He never did.
He always says he is coming over to resolve problems and never shows up. He is only
interested in taking your money. His website brags about how much they care about their
customers. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Stay away from this company. I say
this to try to warn others so what happened to me won't happen to anyone else.

I had this company do my roof after the hurricane. My roof still leaks. I have tried for several months now to contact them with no response to my calls. Had a 10 year warranty. they refuse to respond to my calls. if I do not get satisfaction soon, I will contact *** to investicate

signed a contract on 5/16//17 to replace my roof, as of today no roof
after given the check to replace the roof I was given multiple days to replace the roof, every date given I would receive a text on the date that the company was suppose to come replace my roof, after dealing with the missed dates for almost two months I received a text on 7/10/17 which I might add was another date given to start that they would need to push it back 2-5 days,I called Sy who is the company that contracted the company to do the roof and told him that I wanted to cancel the contract and to bring my check back to me after witch I called the ocean roofing and he promised me it would be done on on July 13th while I was out of town, when I return no new roof, Monday morning 7/14/17 while I was at work I got home to all of the shingles off the roof, the next day I expected someone to come to put shingle onto my roof but that never happened, I called the roofing co and was told that the shingles had not come in that they should be here Friday 7/21/7, I came home from out of town on 7/23/17 and no shingle on my roof, I called the company with no anwser, we have had rain everyday and my roof has no shingles.
