of three pans would be $49.99 per pan if sold individually, they indicate that they paid $40 for the pan plus tax. To my calculations this is still a savings of $9.99 on the single pan that they purchased. At the show there is a slight discount on the individual pans but a significant discount on a set of three which at the show is $100.00 so a saving of $49.99 over the internet price also they do not have to pay for the shipping when purchasing over the internet which can cost on the average of up to $25.00 on a set of three pans.That being said in our defense, I also point out that posted in our booth is a sign showing a money back 30 day refund but does not include shipping.  I am curious as to who they spoke to when it indicates that they were told they had to pay for sending back the defective pan, here in the US office we do not do that we will pay to have a defective pan returned in exchange for a replacement pan, however if they only want a refund we only offer the cost of the product plus the tax paid on the sale as the amount of the refund, the shipping will be at the customers expense.If they spoke with someone in our Canadian office then they would tell them that they would need to cover the return costs due to the duties and fees imposed on returning anything from the states to Canada.So all this being said on our behalf, here is what I am willing to do for this customer, I will replace their pan by sending them a new one, I do not want their defective pan returned, all they need to do is tell me the size and color of the pan and I will expedite their replacement using Priority Mail to send it to them. If they want a refund they will need to return the pan, along with proof of purchase (credit card receipt or a copy of a bank statement that shows the charge, if they paid with cash then a copy of the cash receipt).
