We agree that there was fault on our side because the employees have not stopped this incident; other parents would feel offended if their children were slighted too. Still, you chose our restaurant, ate our food, and expect full compensation when nothing, besides the experience, was wrong;...

consequently, we are sorry, but we cannot give you the request refund. You might want to try other Asian cuisine in town, and find something more to your liking. We value your business and are sincerely sorry that events turned out the way they did, but we cannot refund your payment because another customer's words offend you.
