Review: Dealer failed to winterize hot tub properly after doing a leak repair for $2,172. The tub froze and was picked up again and kept for several months before notifying me that the tub was not repairable. The dealer now has my tub, and my $2,172. I have not been able to use the tub since last spring and I would like to have my $2,172 refunded. The owner, [redacted], will not contact me by phone or letter. I have called, visited the business, and sent a certified letter to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to have my service charge of $2,172 refunded. The tub was in immaculate shape before they got hold of it, and that is why we all felt it was worth repairing in the first place. If they winterized it properly we would not be where we are today.
