Unit was located at the address * *** *** in Richmond, RI client originally provided address of of ** *** *** ** Hope Valley 700am woman came outside refusing to identify herself. Agent asked if she was Ms*** or if her or Mr*** were available and woman still refused to
assist. Woman continued to ask for documents in which agent answered that he is unable to show private documents to anyone unless he can verify they are the proper party, she indicated that she would turn over keys if she could get plates and items, agent began to remove plates for party she again came out unlocked unit took property and plates and ran back into the house with items and the keys

This is not the truth of what happened on the morning of November 11, 2016.  My ex husband, [redacted] @ [redacted] informed [redacted] to come to [redacted], Hope Valley, RI 02832 instead of the repossession company harassing at [redacted] in Richmond, RI.  This is a fact and the company Knows this !  I was woken up at roughly 5:45 am on that morning with a pounding on the door and the gentleman asked if that was my [redacted].  I was shocked to see that the driver working for This company had DRAGGED my ALL WHEEL drive vehicle all the way out of the driveway and was attempting to tow it away.  I asked to obtain belongings from my [redacted] and asked for paperwork showing me he was authorized to take the vehicle. He laughed and said you have no right to see any documentation as Mr. [redacted] has it.  I repeatedly asked for paperwork which he refused even telling him I was in fact [redacted].  He belittled me and threatened to call the police on me because I was taking too long to carry all my belongings out of the vehicle.  Kept on telling me to hurry up and he did me a favor for knocking on the door even accusing me of HIDING the vehicle.  He had no right to harass me and theaten to call the police.  He asked for the keys and I informed him that I did not have to hand over the keys at which he turned very aggressive and Inwas very fearful.  He refused to give me any of the documents and left even before I was finished taking the rest of my belongings out.  I was very scared that he would hurt me and ran into the house.  This was just after 6 am on November 11, 2016.  i have photographs of the distance my [redacted] was dragged out of the driveway without my knowledge.  This worker was very rude and I threatened me as well as not giving me the proper paperwork because I refused to give him the keys.  This is what happened not what the company replied with from my complaint.  i know the law is I should have received the paperwork from this company but did not.  I had no proof, no documentation that this company in fact took my vehicle.

Unit was secured 3/26/2018 at 9:00am from the bank provided address of [redacted] - agent obtained keys at time of repossession and some essential property was removed.  Noted property still in unit included clothing type items, cigarette packs, trash, small back...

pack. We have no indication that maker has called into our office and we do have unit placed on redemption hold by client and unit is still on our lot.
