My husband and I have recently purchased a mattress at Ocean Tay Mattress & FurnitureFrank, a gentleman who helped us was truly remarkableI am pregnant in my seventh month, have been having terrible back problemsFrank was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, and which one would be suitable to help alleviate my painsHe gave us several recommendations, with information about each product of it's make, and what kind of support it providesHe encouraged us to try every mattress again and again, until we found one that definitely suited both my needs and that of my husband'sIt was immediately delivered to our home, and we have been enjoying it ever sinceWe are now able to sleep better, and I no longer struggle at finding a comfortable spot on the bedWe are very grateful to Frank for helping us find the right mattress, and having it delivered so quickly

The sales policy on the invoice states that "All sales are final and valid for only 90 days".  The customer attempt to return the mattress on the 95th day because of the problems with the mattress.  
The customer did not bring the mattress to the store to show what the problems...

are.  We ask the customer to provide us with photographs, so we can see what the problems are.  So far, we have not seen the photographs.
We want to address the problems of the mattress with the manufacturer.  How can we help the customer if the customer is not providing photographs to us.  We did everything that we can to help to address the problems of the mattress with the customer.  Thank you.

I purchased a king size mattress from Ocean Tay mattress & furniture last week, I am so happy with my investment that I decided to share my experience, first of all the staff is very friendly and they seem to be very knowledgeable and honest, and the delivery service was great, I am very satisfied with my buy, will definitely shop from them again.
