We have furniture on a top deck and on the bottom
We cut the wrapping open and there was water and moldWe thought maybe the furniture on the top deck would be okay It was the same thing; water and moldy
The cushions are all button tuftedWe had to cut off the buttons in order to get the foam from the cushionsWe had a wooden rocking chair and the entire chair is all moldy
There were no cuts or holes in the plastic It was done incorrectly
I had called the company the day after which was Monday April ** and the owner said he would call WednesdayI received no callI called and he said that he may still send someone out to power wash the furnitureNo call or did anyone show up
I had called Saturday April and was told that

Ocean View was paid to perform certain work including power-washing a house, and resetting pavement stones. The company was paid for both services. The power-washing was performed satisfactorily, but NO pavement work was done at all.

Two letters sent to the company, the second by certified mail, are unanswered for months.

My mother always taught me that if you have nothing good to say about someone, then say nothing.
