Thank you for giving us a chance to respond to the above referenced complaint We have tried to resolve Mr [redacted] refrigerator complaints thru the manufactures warranty with the service Company G Ghas replaced several parts to try and resolve any complaintsWe have offered Mr [redacted] an opportunity to come to the store and reselect a refrigerator of his choice since he remains unsatisfied with the refrigerator he originally selected Please call me with any questions[redacted] Store manager ###-###-####

Thank you for the letter from Ms*** We are sorry Ms [redacted] is experiencing a problem with the Speed Queen washer purchased on 9-07- As with all products Spencer’s sells, the manufacturer provides a warranty should a functional problem arise with the product(see attachment) Spencer’s does not manufacturer any of the products we sell The responsibility of providing service or exchange is entirely in the hands of Speed Queen All reasonable attempts to repair the unit must be completed before any manufacturer reviews the service history for an exchange no matter the time period from when the unit was purchased Speed Queen has assured us the parts to arrive from their factory no later then Wednesday Jan 4th to Ms***'s service company [redacted] Appliance [redacted] has pre-scheduled Ms [redacted] for Thursday Jan 5th to put these parts in Again we are sorry Ms [redacted] is going thru this and we invite her to call Speed Queen directly at [redacted] to voice her displeasure Thanks for bringing this to our attention

I am rejecting this response because:
The Trade Name 'Damien Tours' is registered by Damien Tours LLC with Business Registration with DCCA, and this company has a Tab known as "Damien Tours" on their company website at www.makanikaiair.com that notes Damien Tours Company within the verbiage and therefore, consumers could be mislead to believe or think that the company is currently unavailable The tab should be removed so that consumers are not deliberately mislead

We here at Spencer's have decided to pickup the washer and refund Ms. Soto's money on 1/5/17.  We are sorry Ms Soto had to go thru this and wish her nothing but the best.

It's True, this product is temporary not available with my company. that other company complaining does not own the Name "Damien" and it does not own the Name "Tours". It's doesn't even own the Name "Damien...

Tours" but it is what they do. Lots of companies offer Damien Tours and advertise Damien Tours. My company has been and will resume soon, its just a temporary setback.
