Oceania Family Resorts

My original contract with Oceania is not being honored I am NOT getting what I paid for All of the benefits exchanging within family of resorts stuck
This all started on June of We purchase a timeshare from Oceania we were told we could stay at any resort they had as long as it was within there family of resorts it would not cost anything we got all of these VIP memberships great stuff the first time I tried to make a reservation I could not because of the week we had I did not understand what we had purchased so we went back down there and meet another guy in march of he explained why he was trying to get us to upgrade he showed me a brochure of Sea Side Resort it was beautiful he said you can stay there if you want it you upgrade to a RED week so I sad well take me to see it and he did and we bought another week we still had same benefits except now we had RED week that were float week that meant we can go anytime we wanted during even yrs Sandcastle South was in Good conditi
