My family and I moved to Myrtle Beach from the Illinois area we rid of this property that is managed buy Oceans One Property Management in Myrtle Beach South Carolina stating that issues with the clubhouse would be addressed as soon as possible that was back in June of 2015 the date now is May 2016 and at that point nothing has been resolved numerous issues with black mold Pest Control issues there are issues with the siding of the house falling off and huge amounts they want their rental fees on time which has not been a problem on our part yet however no type of resolution is meant for our demands of fixing the property for health issues exedra. When we moved into this property the inside of the house had never been cleaned we cleaned it ourselves do we pay the fee for it to be clean we were told that it had been freshly painted which was very untrue the house was filthy old paint comma the bathroom cabinets were so wet they have disintegrated which of course has still not been fixed even though requested each month we pay our rent. We were told if we didn't like it now we can give her 30 day notice and vacate. This all after we have waited and remodeled the house ourselves leaving in the same type of style which the owner originally had just with Improvement to remove the black mold we had to remove old aluminum flooring from the late eighties we had to use special chemicals to kill the black mold requested by the health inspector of South Carolina city of Myrtle Beach. There are so many other issues that I cannot continue to go on listing them. But I would highly again I repeat HIGHLY recommend that no one uses this property management company.
