Review: I have been charged numerous overdraft and uncollected fees for charges that exceed normal practices. In the month of December alone I was charged 8 $27 fees and I received an email saying I will be receiving 3 more for the same overdraft item. All together 4 for one overdrafted item. They call it a courtesy overdraft protection of $300 but they charge you $27 each time it is used even when you have money in your account and they update the system late and and charge you anyway. Again in one month so far I have paid $216 and some of Sometimes these fees were for items that I had money in my account for before I used my debit card. It is unethical. Sometimes they will charge you two fees in a row for the same over-drafted item and call one and uncollected funds fee and the other an overdraft fee but they are both $27 each. They also will charge you $3 each time you transfer your money from savings to checking. The federal government allows you 4 transfers per month without being charged a fee. They charge you on every single transfer whether you made the transfer or they initiated the transfer to cover your negative balance.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $216 for my fees and I will then watch my account regularly to make sure it does not overdraft anymore.
