Review: Make sure you have a copy of your contract as he didn't offer me one and it really sucked. Apparently (I have no memory of it, but doesn't mean it's not there) he has a 15 day membership cancellation policy. I told him 5 days prior to the 1st of December that I would be moving and would be unable to continue training.

On the 3rd of December I saw that my credit card had been charged. I hadn't been able to come in for the entire month of November due to sickness and work. He had already gotten paid for a month I did not use. I was very unhappy and figured that it was a mistake. So I asked politely to have him refund my money as I wouldn't be able to receive the benefit of training and he would be taking the $130+ without their being any exchange. I was told that because of the 15 days required to cancel I would still be able to come till the end of December and if I was ever back in the area that they would love to have me back for training. As if! I thought I made it very clear that It would be physically impossible to do so. I then asked very directly that my money was being taken from me even though I told them that I wouldn't be able to receive the benefits. There was no response.

This is a small operation, it's not as if it is a corporation that has very stringent policies. They were being money hungry instead of being people. That, in my opinion, is not how you run a small business. This communication was through email only and I suspect someone else was responding, though I have no proof. The tone changed drastically.Desired Settlement: I would like him to refund the money he took from me, and apologize for the misunderstanding.
