Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] is a horrible business ownerHe should be ashamed at how he conducts? himselfHis response to this claim is insulting and almost everything he says here is a complete lieHe knows full well that his crew dumped the lawn and leaf clippings, starting in June 2016, continuing through until October of 2016, in spite of us and our neighbor asking him multiple times to stopHe also knows that his crew continued to dump clippings into May of 2017, when once again we asked him to stopHe assured us he would and promised to come remove the clippingsHe knows all of this because of email communication back and forth with our neighbor and because of repeated phone calls on our partWe have this email record of everything, including him admitting that his crew did in fact dump the debris, and of him assuming us and our neighbor that he would have them removedWe also have our phone records indicating the number of times we attempted to contact him, and the actual dates that we spokeFor a year and half we have tried to be understanding and give him the benefit of the doubtIt turns out ***'s plan was to simply ignore the situation and then claim that is wasn't his problemOur only mistake here was trusting someone to do what they said they wouldApparently [redacted] finds it acceptable to simply lie to his clients and illegally dump yard debris while trespassing on property that he knows does not belong to his clientsAlso, in his response above [redacted] states that he is still employed by our neighbor which is also a lieOur neighbor fired [redacted] because of this situation and is as disgusted with his behavior and business practice as we areHis response to this claim is shameful and unacceptable to usAll he had to do was come out here when we first asked him to and remove the yard debris, but instead he chose to lie to us and our neighbor (his client) and assume that we didn't keep records of everything involved in this situationWe are now in the process of suing [redacted] in small claims court for the amount of money it will cost us to have the debris removedWe'll see you in court ***.? Her odd behavior for an adult shocked me. Mr. [redacted] then left a rude  angry voice mail on the same day. October 25, 2017 1:00 I talked to [redacted] Police I told them we have not dumped on the property since 2016 and going forward no one will dump on the property.
