I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I don't have a receipt I have misplaced it I do have a bank statement showing I paid for the DVD player My question is will you take a bank statement as a proof of purchase?

some type of proof when the product was purchased. Usually the customer have a receipt. In this case, customer might have lost the receipt so we were trying to work with them if they can provide us the form of payment or something to show when this product was purchased so we can warranty it.
