Review: The [redacted] of this store promised me a refund for music lessons that were not rendered. This promise was made the Thursday before Memorial Day,2014. [redacted], the [redacted], said to look for the money returned to my checking account 2 to three days after Memorial Day of 2014. The money was never refunded and repeated phone calls and in-person visits made to both store locations (Long Beach and Oceanside) were never acknowledged by the [redacted]. The [redacted] was notified by phone on 1/**/2015 that if I was not contacted by the end of the business day, this complaint would be made.Desired Settlement: I want my $90 returned.
