I have called aaa today4-14-and told them my name and what I was calling aboutA man answered and said the person I needed to speak with will be in later afternoonThen he proceeded to question me about what the complaint was about and I told him I would rather talk about it with the person that's in charge he said OK and hung upStill waiting on a callMy point is I have been told to call aaa twice and nobody has resolved anythingThey tell me what they want to tell me and the complaint is still left unresolvedI have screenshots of them telling me to call aaa on their Facebook page and of others agreeing with my complaint
