I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
[As usual, Mr. [redacted] tries to cheat his way out of his responsibilities by blaming his customers for his own inefficiency. He is both incompetent and shameless. Mr. [redacted] admitted that is difficult for him to access his records. He had difficulty accessing his records on a regular basis. In this case, he could not recover his records going back only 2-4 months from the time this issue was brought to his attention. This is odd, considering that most businesses can access their records from several years ago quite easily. Yet, Mr. [redacted] acts like it is an eternity. The written record shows that we paid Mr. [redacted] regularly and on time in the vast majority of cases. If we delayed payment, it was either because he could not recall if he billed us already, or because he did not perform his duties properly. He neglected to weed the garden properly. After we dismissed him from his duties, the man who took his place charged us more than $2,000.00 to clean up after Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] also failed to plow the snow on time in the winter, while leaving a dent on our garage door with his plow. When we complained to him about the above issues, he responded with vulgar language. It is clear that he is unfit to run a business. Now that he has finally stated the dollar amount that he is requesting, Mr. [redacted] must provide a date and invoice number for his alleged service. Otherwise, he is committing an act of fraud. ]
