***, that Kokopelli did not make the final decisions, on these leases, however, we would confer with the property manager of that unit and once we had a decision, we would get back to herWe also expressed that the decision was ultimately the owner's who would be communicating with the property manager directlyMs*** indicated she understood, and would be reaching back out to us in February when she returned from a trip.When Ms*** returned, she did in fact reach out againIn our conversation, we indicated that we still did not have confirmation from the owner regarding her offer on the lease, however, we would get back to her as soon we heard from the owner.During this time, the tenant of neighboring Unit C offered to lease Unit D, as wellIn the past, Units C and D had been one unit with an entryway connecting the two unitsIt was the tenant's intention to knock out the wall that was covering the entryway, and once again join the two units. The owner ultimately decided to accept the tenant's offer instead. We attempted to call Mrs*** that day but did not reach her. Kokopelli apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused her, and we have refunded Mrs***'s full application fee and mailed it to the address provided. In addition we will keep her application on file in case there is another property that interests her in the future

I am rejecting this response because:The facts as stated are untrue.1) I was told that the owner accepted my offer before I went out of town. That is when I submitted the application and first tried to sign the lease, which I was assured I could do upon my return.2) I was never contacted regarding someone else being interested or having leased the property. Once I saw that it was leased, and contacted the property manager, I was told about it at which point he claimed to have already informed me about the potential lessee. However, that was untrue.
